Party B has sufficient spare parts and accessories, and can provide technical services and spare parts services
to Party A in time. Party B guarantees to provide lifelong spare parts and technical support for the accessories
required by the equipment.
Training Acceptance
01.When the commercial contract is signed, the supplier shall provide the acceptance items and technical
standards of the technical performance of the equipment during the site acceptance and handover.
Confirmed and agreed by Party A and the Buyer as an annex to this agreement.
02.During the acceptance and handover of this equipment, the supplier shall provide free training for the
equipment operation and maintenance personnel.
03.The training time is arranged by the supplier, and the personnel will carry out training for the personnel
of the buyer. Training includes operation training, theoretical training, and quick maintenance and repair training.
Warranty Period
01.The whole machine is guaranteed for 12 months (excluding wearing parts)
02.The main structural parts are guaranteed for 3 years
